My progress so far!!

I started my "diet" (it's been on and off) May 1st I believe! Here are my stats (as of this morning):

Start weight: 177.6lbs.
Current weight: 169.4lbs.
Total amount lost: 8.2lbs.

I also lost 1 to 1 1/2 inches on my waist.

Not doing TOO well!!

I haven't really been counting points, but I haven't been eating much either (just NOT hungry). I went to Aquasize last Tuesday but missed Thursdays because we were at the midway. I will be going again tonight and hopefully on Thursday as well. I also haven't been drinking as much water. So, I really don't know how I'm doing. I was going to weigh myself today but I forgot, so I'll have to wait until tomorrow morning.

Anyways, I really have to get back in the game. Wish me luck.

Weekly Weigh-In (July 17)

I weighed in yesterday morning and was pretty impressed with my result. I am out of the 170's.

Last week's weight: 170.6lbs.
Current weight: 169.6lbs.

Also, I have been drinking WAY more water and I hope that's why I'm getting these results :) I will be weighing in again on Tuesday, so I'll update then.

I'm following weight watchers still, yet I'm not. I'm watching what I eat but I'm not writing my points down, but I'm sure I'm not exceeding them (except for maybe today since I had chips and pop, my bad lol).

So far, 8lbs. lost!!! I am sooo happy!!!

I have gone to Aquasize twice already and plan to go twice a week (trying at least) because I REALLY enjoy it!!!

Anyways, that's it for now.

Weighed in this morning!

A few days ago I weighed in at 171.2lbs. and now I weigh 170.4lbs. So, I've lost almost a pound in a matter of days!! I am soo excited!!

Been Slacking

I have totally been slacking on my diet lately. I haven't really been on it for about a month now. Haven't been gaining, but haven't been losing either. I have decided that today is the day that I get back on that horse and hold on for dear life lol. Here's my plan:

If it's nice outside, I am going to take a walk or go for a bike ride EVERY day, I am doing Aquasize (water aerobics) twice a week for an hour, drinking more water (or iced-tea), continuing to count points, eat healthier and everything else that comes with dieting. Once a week I can divulge and eat WHATEVER I want (within reason) and that day is usually Saturday, because we are usually in the city for church and we go out to eat at least once a week.

I really hope it works this time. I am going to stick to it!! I can do this and I WILL do this :)

Today's weight: 171.2lbs.

Aquasize

I tried this tonight and had LOTS of fun! I will be going for an hour every Tuesday and Thursday throughout the summer (or try to at least). That, plus walking or bike riding, or swimming, that will be my exercise for the summer months. Fun fun!!

Day 13!! Also, Weigh In Tuesday :)

I am now on day #13 of my Weight Watchers diet!! I think I am doing pretty well. Last week, I did Tae Bo 3 days in a row, this week I've only done it once (yesterday) and plan on doing it again today. I am feeling great, I haven't gotten sore from doing it yet (I am still learning the moves so that could be why, once I get into it more I'll probably get sore).

I also weighed in this morning, here are my stats:

Start weight: 177.6lbs.
Current weight: 174.6
Total weight lost: 3lbs.
Weight left until first goal is reached: 14.6lbs.

There you have it!! I think i'm doing really good :) I hope I continue to do so well.

I also have some goals for this week, I want to:

1) Try to get in my 64oz. of water a day
2) Try to walk at least 20 minutes a day
3) Try to do Tae Bo 3-4 times this week
4) Try not to "cheat" on my diet by eating sweets or going over my total amount of points.


So, we'll see how I do with those. Until next time.
