Been Slacking

I have totally been slacking on my diet lately. I haven't really been on it for about a month now. Haven't been gaining, but haven't been losing either. I have decided that today is the day that I get back on that horse and hold on for dear life lol. Here's my plan:

If it's nice outside, I am going to take a walk or go for a bike ride EVERY day, I am doing Aquasize (water aerobics) twice a week for an hour, drinking more water (or iced-tea), continuing to count points, eat healthier and everything else that comes with dieting. Once a week I can divulge and eat WHATEVER I want (within reason) and that day is usually Saturday, because we are usually in the city for church and we go out to eat at least once a week.

I really hope it works this time. I am going to stick to it!! I can do this and I WILL do this :)
